The company was registered in 1997, to provide customised work instructions, specialised technical writing and training services to the mining industry. SSI's aim is to offer our clients a fully documented set of work instructions specific to their site and their operation, complying with industry standards and at a reasonable price. The technical work instructions and other services, are developed onsite using a combination of the client's own experienced operational personnel and task observation. After sales service is provided to ensure documents are maintainable by the clients' personnel.
